How to use it
- Browse Teams — Teams that have posted "Player Wanted" openings. These coaches are actively looking to fill roster spots right now.
- Team Directory — A searchable database of all registered teams. Filter by level, state, age group, and sport to find teams near you — even if they haven't posted openings.
- Who's Looking — Coaches who have flagged that they're recruiting at your specific position and age group. This is the most targeted match.
