Scorekeeping depth — GameChanger now covers 20+ sports, but its scorekeeping is deepest in baseball and softball (detailed pitch sequencing, 150+ stats). For a baseball/softball team that wants only best-in-class scorekeeping and live streaming, it is excellent at that one job.
Live streaming + auto game film — GameChanger's game streaming and AutoStream film capture are mature and widely used. Lightning does not stream games.

Historical season stats from GameChanger don't export cleanly (the platform doesn't offer a stats-level CSV). Lightning starts you fresh from the moment you switch.

Does Lightning track pitch counts for arm care?

Yes — built into the pitch tracker. Every pitch logs to the player's arm-care record automatically.

What about GameChanger Team Manager?

Lightning's coach dashboard includes roster, schedule, lineups, parent messaging — same features bundled, no extra fee.

Do I lose access to my GameChanger team page?

No — GameChanger doesn't require you to delete it. Run both during your trial month if you want.
